Our show for this season is about “The Lost Boys” and a visual of the uniform was presented. The idea is to have the students help design the show, so a particular show ‘direction’ will be determined upon input from the group.
In addition to this packet, parents were asked to sign up to volunteer for various areas of assistance for the upcoming season. It was discussed how our Indoor program is dependent upon parent support and it is essential that everyone find something they can assist with. (paining props, helping chaperone, moving equipment, driving students, helping with food, etc…)
The need to fundraise was also discussed and a Fundraising Ideas form was distributed. A copy of this form is attached, as well as available in CHARMS.
There has been a strong student interest in this group this year, and we look forward to getting the season underway.
Prior to auditions, “CHOPSHOP” Clinics are being held Tuesday and Thursday of this week from 4-6pm. These clinics will be valuable for your student in helping them prepare for the auditions in December.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of the Indoor Contacts listed in this email, as well as myself.
Looking forward to a great season of Indoor!
